The hotel itself is very modern, well maintained, clean and is prone to sustainability, the staff members are very friendly and helpful at all times. Especially our lovely Ms Bho, she was super sweet, very polite and helped with anything we needed. In the hotel there is a little supermarket, gym and of course pool and if you come in early you can catch the ice cream cart and get a free, tasty ice cream. In the hotel you can also find entertainment such as ps5, table football and ping pong table. And just 5-10 min walk away there is an outlet mall with different restaurants. And of course, as this hotel is sustainable, you can refill drinking water for free.

All was amazing the staffs were very polite and understanding but the manager was not nice guy at all I originally booked for 2 night because I like the staffs and the hotel I have decided to stay your more days and request the front desk gentleman called by Patrick and he said he will sort it out and there was another staff called by Elvis and he helped for my to do a late checkout, manager comes along categorically said no to my request of late checkout as my flight was at 02:10am I am still at the Airport.

Fantastic Staff throughout the Resort - very pleasant, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Qe were made feel very welcome. We enjoyed the various restaurants throughout the resort - plenty of choice to suit all tastebuds. Excellent breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend JA Resort for a very relaxing holiday. Well done to all the staff for making us feel special and always treated us with great respect.

In beginning ,I was made about the location and I ask for cancellation. But after I see the facility , clean , breakfast , free laundry wonderful staff and everything was very good . I change the thot about the hotel .It was very comfortable . If you want to relax it was perfect place to be .
