We were not sure what to expect, but, the experience was much better than our highest guess. First the tent was spacious, very clean, and just very cool. The staff was awesome. We had interactions with Ihtesham (transportation), Rashid (site manager), Amr (tour guide), Marvan (room service) and few others I can't remember the names of. They were all great. Responsive, polite, fun, and all around wonderful. I have to also mention the gentleman in charge if tea nd coffe made over charcoal, who was from Yemen. He was also very friendly eventhough he worked from 4 AM to midnight straight. We are very happy with this experience and if you are visiting Dubai you should give this camp a try. It's just a different experience comparing to typical Dubai experience. They offer one day tours too and they are great by I highly recommend staying one night to experience the night at the desert. Also the food was great, activities were fun and everything organized and clean. Did I mention the great staff!? Thank you team at the Alkheimah Camp. P. S. We were here to celebrate 33rd Birthday of my partner and I have been in touch with Abdallah Ibrahim from the Front Of The House who made sure every single detail was looked after ! A beautiful surprise cake with a birthday message. I must say that such staff are an asset to any given property because its their passion for hospitality world that keeps them driving and I am so touched and grateful for every gesture he has done for us in making this stay the most memorable and perfect! Thanks again to Melia Team team, the whole team can’t mention enough Mohammed from Reception, Essam from reception , Priya from Restaurant (She is an amazing photographer:)) We had all our meals in their restaurant and all were exception! staffs were really good. St reception Ms. Lakshmi was extremely good. Staffs like Ali at help desk was nice. The restaurant has a very good ambiance and breakfast was great. Ms. Shabana the waitress at garden restaurant was excellent. always smiling and vibrant.
