We wanted to visit Butrint and were lucky to find Villa 5 in Mursi which is only 15min drive away, including the ferry crossing. It is in a semi-rural setting next to the lake. The beautiful, modern, very spacious apartment is on the upper floor of the house and has a balcony looking across the lake. The hosts were very kind and hospitable, there was water and fruit in the fridge on our arrival. The breakfast was probably the best we had in Albania. We ate at the local bar/restaurant called Todi and had delicious fish.

The staff were kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The family, Zo and Bertie, are by far the kindest hosts we’ve ever met — genuinely warm and welcoming. The family of owners were really nice and helpful. We loved our stay, from the room to the homemade breakfast to the help we got for printing our boarding passes. Overall very sweet people and i would definitely come back here when i come back to Albania

Very friendly staff and the hotel is very comfortable and clean. Beds are top. When we arrived wifi was a bit weak but after telling the owner the day after it was fixed, defenetly will come back in Ksamil

We stayed for a few days at this super clean hotel run by a very nice family in Ksamil. Our room had a sea view, was very spacious, and breakfast was good and served on our balcony. We even had our laundry done there (thank you - please increase prices as it was way too cheap!). The family put a lot of effort into making us feel welcomed and well-cared for.
