Everything was perfect - breathtaking view, helpful staff, interesting activities, beautiful location and interior of the hotel. A member of the staff with whom I carried all the correspondence helped me with every bit of detail of our plan. We had them park our car on the ferry - no problems. Hosts were great, and very accomodating. There in middle of april and there were no crowds in Shala River, host was very helpful with helping to plan our trip around Albania. Food was also great.
