Room is not big (I believe none in the historic city center will be) but very well equipped and new furniture. Staff is helpful, hotel restaurant is excellent with a very good "fixed menu" with typical dishes (be careful, it's big!). Location is excellent.

The most beautiful place i've been in Albania. The host are very kind and ready to help you in any moment. Clean hotel with a fantastic view and location in the heart of one of the old quarters of Berat. The breakfast was delicious.

We stayed for 2 nights and booked the Double Room with Mountain View. The room and hotel were spotless, breakfast very generous on the terrace with a wonderful view of the city and the hotel owners/ staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is located a few minutes slightly uphill on cobblestones however this is how you get the best view and the walk didn't bother us at all. I would gladly stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect. The room was really clean with comfy bed and with beautiful view. Great location next to the Berat castle with private parking. At the restaurant they serve nice traditional food. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. And of course I must not forget the super nice and helpful staff :) I really recommend this place.
