Our stay at the hotel was literal perfection, I could not reccommend this place more. From the moment we arrived, the staff (including the receptionists, servers and caretakers) were incredibly kind and helpful - offering a free room upgrade, helping with taxi bookings, allowing us to order things even outside bar and restauraunt hours. This hotel has got to be one of the most value for money stays we have ever had. Clean facilities and amenities, 5 min walk to a very famous Vlore restaurant, 30 min walk to the promenade and 40min walk to the old town. The highlight was definitely the stunning and unbeatable views and the luxurious breakfast spread! Such a great place for a staycation on a budget. Be it the restauraunt or room itself, the turqoise waters were an incredibe scene. All in, the Sea and Sand hotel along with all its people really showed the lovely side of Albanian hospitatlity!
