What an amazing place - if you’re in Gosh, stay here! Even if you don’t have plans to visit Gosh, it’s worth it to come out here and enjoy the beauty of the region and simple village life. Great place for a day or a few days to escape from your rushed life. The surrounding are beautiful but there is not much to do so we planned this stay to do nothing but relax at pool and beach and it was great because we are doing a busy roadtrip. The manager marek is very helpful and the indian guys also work hard to keep the propety clean and running. I can recommend this place for a few days to anyone

Luxury was like an oasis in the Sevan city. Our room had a lot of space with a modern design, a double bed, and air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast and the lovely garden. The owners organised a day tour that was great, taking us to the national park, a monastery, a church, and the centre of Delijan. The owners were very kind and helpful, making our experience truly memorable.

An exceptionally comfortable hotel room beside lake Sevan! There is under floor heating, a heated towels rail, lots of clean towels, shampoo etc, and a fridge. A real bonus were the windows in the room: There were two. You can see the sun rise from one and the sun set from the other. You can also see lake Sevan from one of the windows. Breakfast was very good and served by a friendly and helpful lady. Near the hotel is a bridge where you can cross the highway and walk across a field and enter the town through an archway to drink coffee and tea at the teahouse and buy fruit and anything else you need in the town.
