I decided to visit this guesthouse after reading all the lovely reviews, and honestly, it was even better than I expected! I stayed at the beginning of March 2025 while it was snowing, and from the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. The hosts, Ripsime and Rasme, greeted us warmly right outside their charming home, and soon we found ourselves relaxing by a traditional fireplace، perfect for the snowy weather. Mrs. Ripsime was so sweet; she happily taught me how to make traditional Armenian dishes like Lavash bread and Armenian gateau, using fresh ingredients from her own farm. It felt just like being at my mom’s house، comfortable, friendly, and full of warmth. She even showed me the handmade dolls and blankets made from goat wool. Huge thanks to Ripsime and Rasme for such a lovely stay!

Was a real 4*. My wife is a hotel manager, so she appraised all the amenities according to the standards. On top of this, staff were professional, barmen Narek was very convincing. We tried a range of his cocktails, all good. Overall, very pleasant hotel with cozy rooms and comfortable beds.

The property is a small villa converted to hotel. The hotel service, cleanliness and ambiance was very good. The ladies Miss Alla and Miss Anni at the reception were very helpful and proactive in helping and guiding. Big thanks to them. Has chance to meet the property owner who was also very nice gentleman.
