new hotel near the central train station. staff were very friendly, especially the young lady receptionist, rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. coffee, tea and kettle in the room was a bonus. walking distance to metro, if you are not looking for a hotel in the historical center and you are fine with 10 mins walk to the metro station. you should seriously consider this hotel.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice of this hotel! The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, and our river view room was definitely worth it. The whole stay felt calm and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. It was also great that the hotel provides a shuttle service to Republic Square. The hotel itself and the area around are beautiful — lots of greenery, a river and a small bridge to walk across, even though it’s in the city. I would highly recommend!

As a veteran traveller staying in three star hotels across Eastern Europe, I say that accommodation does not come better than the Pallada. You have a spotlessly clean room with excellent furnishings, A/C and a totally modern bathroom in a hotel with very friendly staff and shared tea/coffee/water facilities. Further, you are two minutes walk from the iconic Republic Square in the centre of Yerevan and about four minutes from the nearest Metro Station. Think Marriott Armenia Hotel but with a focus on style rather than luxury and at a fraction of the price. Speaking of price, the Pallada offers tremendous value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Location of the hotel is excellent. There is a parking space for cars just in front of the hotel. Staff was really friendly. Rooms are big enough, clean and comfortable. There is tea maker, minibar and tv available. Every day you get 2 bottles of water in the room and also rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is great with a lot of options. Check in and out can be made during the night with no problems. Hotel can arrange airport transfer.
