My stay at Intercontinental Luanda Miramar was excellent. Accommodations are very clean and comfortable, amazingly delicious food, apart from the service a La Carte there is a Buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner with various choices / options including a proper sushi service. And if you like a good whisky like me there is 24hr bar on the ground floor, fast internet service, the gym is nice, full breakfast where you get to tell the chef your favorite egg style. Would like to send a big thank you to Mr. Nuno (General Manager) for interacting with the guests. special thank you to the rest of the staff who is very supportive, always wearing a smile, especially Ms. Diana, Ms. Marlene, Ms. Ciana and Sebastiao. Finally, to the front desk team for such a great service provided. Keep it up. Thank you

This a reasonably priced hotel for Luanda. The rooms were basic but provided all you would expect in a mid class hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms.The staff were exceptional in accommodating our early breakfast requirement and arranging a value evening meal and airport taxi. All the negatives referred to in other reviews had been resolved. Highly recommended.

    Beautiful city and very clean in some parts.

    Beautiful city and very clean in some parts. Other parts are really filthy with lots of rubbish. The people are friendly, the food isn't bad; sometimes too salty and not spicy enough. The weather is wonderful, sunny but cool. The traffic is unbearable. There are mosquitoes, so come prepared. It's a place I would visit again.

    Visa or Mastercard is not widely accepted at all places. and some shops only take Cash but does not have change for larger notes that the ATM's give you. the Beach front restaurants mostly do take Visa/Mastercard and most CBD hotels. but the further you stay/travel outside Luanda most places only take cash(small notes) and local bank cards.

    I know Protea Hotels from South Africa and in comparison, this one didn't have anything less than the ones in South Africa. It was clean & comfortable, staff was kind, breakfast had a wide variety of tasty food. So all good on facilities related things.

    The room was very comfortable, the receptionist responsible and responsive before and during my stay. Breakfast was fine, as was dinner. It has good security. The driver who picked me up showed me the fort before going to the hotel too.
