Great rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights, could leave some stuff in the hotel and came back after a few days after our hiking trip. The sauna is a real nice luxury bonus (especially after the hike)

Well renovated place, with elevator. Well located in the historical and restaurant area of Innsbruck…close to the underground parking. The breakfast is personalized and with a good variety. Honestly this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Kind staff, amazing location, a wonderful breakfast and a stunning cozy interior. Our room also had a lovely view. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Innsbruck in the future.

This is my favourite hotel in the world. I have traveled to Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America, and this remains my very favourite hotel. The staff is always friendly and professional. The hotel is well-appointed and clean. The bathtub in the room is huge and perfect after a long day of traveling or sightseeing. The breakfast is the best breakfast at any hotel I have ever had. I specifically plan my travel in Europe around a stay at the Penz.

    Good location and with the guest card the receptionist gave me, free on the bus to Hall and Innsbruck, so I didn't have to drive everywhere. This is a beautiful area. It is a lovely hotel, huge room, balcony, welcoming receptionist - friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast. Amazing views. Restaurant ok for dinner. Not open Saturday or Sunday, but plenty of options in Hall and Innsbruck.

    Excellent choice for escape to Innsbuck! Very convenient location in the heart of the mountains in Absam - just a few minutes of driving to Innsbruck. Very large warm apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room and dining room. Easy parking just in front of the apartment front door, super easy and fast communication with the host.

    Location and the hotel overall, staff and food were great, very peaceful and calm. Traditional setting and style and the balcony with the views of the mountains and the birds and goats with their bells was truly wonderful.
