Everything was new! Clean, modern and spacious. Has a nice balcony and views to the mountains, train station and town. Good beds. They have a paid parking, but there’s also a possibility to park your car in the parking lot to the left of the hotel building. It’s paid, but costs less (free during night hours). You can buy parking in the evening and it will start counting in the morning only.

The owner met us after-hours, during closed days for the hotel/restaurant. Incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was great, and we were offere take-away packing, to not waste what remained of our breakfast. This is the sort of place we LOVE staying while traveling. The resraurant was very charming and detailed decor.

The hotel had plenty of parking right in front of the hotel which made unpacking easy. We were traveling with a dog and they were very accommodating even offering to let the dog into a part of the dining room. Our room was spectacular with a great view and lots of storage space. I don't like to live out of a suitcase, so was pleasantly surprised at the amount of hangers and hooks. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and my favorite parts were the delicious types of homemade bread and the fact that they had a cappuccino machine AND filtered coffee - the best of both worlds. The spa area was super clean, the water temperature was perfect, there were plenty of bath and sauna towels and they were always refilling the drinks in the pool/spa area. All in all we noticed that they go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. Highly recommend!

It was located in a lovely small town nestled in a valley facing fantastic views of the huge mountains. Excellent staff, a decent room. A very delicious breakfast with lots of fresh fruit, not canned.

    Really great location, so many trekking and sightseeing...

    Really great location, so many trekking and sightseeing options nearby, both nature-wise and culturally (we were heavier on the nature side). The town itself is surprisingly well equipped with amenities, though we stayed in a guesthouse on the outskirts.

    Small town in the middle of the mountains offering...

    Small town in the middle of the mountains offering everything you need. Be aware, shops are closed on Sundays and make sure you get your fuel there before hitting the motorway which can have a lot higher prices on fuel.

    Beautiful location and views in the hills and farms outside bischofshofen which we used as a base to explore the surrounding alps. The floor of the house we occupied was traditional in style and updated with all modern appliances and bathrooms etc. - ideal to us! Katharina was very attentive and a good host - the property was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
