The Hotel was clean, the staff didn’t speak great English, and the reception staff were rude. The waiters were super friendly. The pool was very nice and the hot outside pool was really good. The food was always really tasty, on the first few nights it was slow to come out but over all really good.

    Amazing location - SO close to the gondolas up the mountain (only a 2 min walk). Food at the hotel restaurant is great quality, staff was very friendly. Wonderful garden, playground and sand pit for the kids plus a small pool. There's a small play area for kids at the restaurant and a foosball table. Great for families. Breakfast was decent and lots of options.

    Extremely kind and helpful people at the reception desk. A lovely room, ideal for a couple traveling with a dog. An excellent indoor pool and spa facility. Very good breakfast with kind staff. The location was perfect for hiking in the beautiful mountains surrounding the villages of Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis.

    This hotel is a gem! The view is absolutely stunning, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The rooms are super clean and the staff is always there to help out. It's totally worth every penny spent. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay.

    The quaint Austrian building and rooms are clean, well looked after and the property is run by the nicest people. The property provides parking spaces as well and is a very short walk from the ski lifts.
