Well renovated place, with elevator. Well located in the historical and restaurant area of Innsbruck…close to the underground parking. The breakfast is personalized and with a good variety. The employees are fantastic…really. The room was very nicely arranged with a living area and a private balcony.

Honestly this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Kind staff, amazing location, a wonderful breakfast and a stunning cozy interior. Our room also had a lovely view. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Innsbruck in the future.

This is my favourite hotel in the world. I have traveled to Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America, and this remains my very favourite hotel. The staff is always friendly and professional. The hotel is well-appointed and clean. The bathtub in the room is huge and perfect after a long day of traveling or sightseeing. The breakfast is the best breakfast at any hotel I have ever had. I specifically plan my travel in Europe around a stay at the Penz.

The room was beautiful views of the mountains. Cleanliness was excellent. The beds and lines were of high quality and the staff was friendly and helpful. We purchased breakfast, which was varied and delicious. The dining area was located up high and was decorated to be cozy. The scenery was stunning! It was wonderful to start the day with stunning mountain views.
