I had an excellent stay at Apollo Achtquartier! The location is great—peaceful yet close to everything you might need. The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect mix of comfort and style. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. This is not just a nice and small boutique hotel, it is actually a total (and brilliant) concept! Very well thought trough and implemented! Amazing location right at the lake, great design immediately making you feel at home and relaxed; and wonderful staff trying to do everything to make you feel at home. Good and honest food and drinks (breakfast and some dishes for lunch; drinks and snacks at the Honesty Bar). I was also very happy with the charger for my car (Austria is still lagging behind in this respect).

The hotel stands alone in a beautiful natural spot, with an easy 5 min ferry ride to St Gilgen. There are lots of hiking and swimming spots. The boat provides easy access to St Wolfgang and Strobl. The restaurant is relaxed but excellent quality and very popular with locals. Booking is recommended. Every night we were delighted to eat the delicious specials. Breakfast was simply amazing, the chefs are superb! The staff were hard working and incredibly friendly.
