    Just really friendly and efficient staff. Nothing was pushy or awkward. Nice beers. Not too far to the grossglockner pass. Enjoyed the trip up the ski lift even though it was late spring. Kirchberg looked iconically tyrol.

    its very beautiful in Kirchberg. the local people are very helpful and kind. eg the restaurants, supermarket, buses and train network. the food was very tasty, there is a lot of choices on what to eat. places are open late and all through the day too. there is lots to see and do there, skiing, tobogganing, shopping, hiking also they are very pet friendly in restaurants hotels etc...

    Pleasant small ski-in/ski-out town with a handful of (traditional Austrian and Italian) restaurants, some reasonably large supermarkets. Close to Kitzbűhel (5 km/3 miles) and surrounded by very nice attractions within an hour's drive (Krimml Waterfalls, Wilder Kaiser, Bad Gastein/Hofgastein). Abundance of skiing options in winter at your doorstep. As with most European cities and especially towns, Kirchberg is walkable. For anyone fearing for their cars due to the elements, it also has a paid underground parking.

    If you are an experienced skier or snowboarder, there is enough to keep a week interesting, but might be a push for 2 weeks. Easy to get around. Limited restaurants so booking ahead at least 1 day is advised for anything that is half decent. Unless you have a car, in which case you have access to Kitzbuehel also, which is bigger.

    Kirchberg In Tirol is a few miles from larger Kitzbuhel but connected by train every 20 mins or so (free with hotel card) Kitzski lifts serve both towns, but ironically easier access to more terrain from Kirchberg. Unless among handful of hotels next to lifts, Kitzski is a short skibus ride to lifts for most...which is easy, convenient, and frequent. Kirchberg is a bit cheaper than Kitzbuhel, and far more walkable. Stay in Kirchberg, visit Kitzbuhel by train (about 10 min ride).

    A very beautiful locality, with various options for spending free time. It is well served by trains and buses. It is also a good base for shorter or day trips in Tyrol. Kitzbuhel is only 10 minutes away by train, Innsbruck an hour away, not to mention other destinations easily accessible by bus, such as St. Johann in Tirol, Kufstein, Kossen, and many others.

    We loved staying in Johanna’s beautiful house. Its up stairs room, with kitchen and very comfortable. The owner is the sweetest. Please be aware and prepare your car with chains. We had a bad quality ones and one night we were screwed, it was iced road and we slipped. Johanna’s son came to our rescue with the tractor and pulled us up the hill til the hotel, super grateful!! You even have a separate room for skis and boots warmer! Thats perfect.

    Location is perfect, just 10 mins walk to centre, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The bus stop is in front of the hotel if necessary. We stayed in 2-rooms flat. The bathroom, towels and linens were clean. The kitchen was equipped for cooking and with coffee, tea kettle. The bed was so comfy!!! It was calm and not noisy at all, perfect for couples.

    Overall we had a great stay: the hotel is in a great location, the staff is attentive and very nice, the breakfast buffet was nice with freshly made omelette and waffles, and the spa was amazing.
