The most fabulous experience from walk in till tearful departure I was provided perfect help with directions and nice info with choice of ski slopes Want to come back ! Food was always nice and fresh , drinks and music Exceptional hotel of personal touch , hard work of all the personal and friendly atmosphere ! The Mayr family has done a wonderful job with Schloss Mitterhart. The old castle is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and comes with amazing hospitality. It is clean inside it’s service everyday. The breakfast is amazing and so is the restaurant itself. The staff is personal and friendly. Great location to numerous ski resorts as long as you have a car.

Very clean, modern, and nicely-designed hotel. The staff is very kind and attentive. I left my iPad in the room before checkout. The cleaning staff who found the iPad looked for me to return my device right away. It was a very nice gesture. Really appreciate the initiative to looked for me and return it immediately.

Everything was perfect. We had a great price deal for a big room with balcony, good view and cool bathroom. It was winter and the room was very well heated, bed was comfy and it was quiet, even tho there was a wedding/party at the restaurant late at night. Food was good in the morning, staff was nice. There was a nice fireplace at the reception, in the evening, was nice to sit there and watch it. The whole place has a rustic vibe to it, which we liked.
