The receptionist was a thorough professional, courteous and also empathetic to my situation after a long day's travel. She personally attended to all my needs for securing my rental bike, explained check-in and check-out process and was overall very helpful with a pleasant demeanor. From the moment I walked in she put me at ease. The facilities at the hotel were also well beyond my expectations as far as security. The room was clean, well maintained, spacious and had the necessary amenities. Thank you.
