The receptionist was a thorough professional, courteous and also empathetic to my situation after a long day's travel. She personally attended to all my needs for securing my rental bike, explained check-in and check-out process and was overall very helpful with a pleasant demeanor. From the moment I walked in she put me at ease. The facilities at the hotel were also well beyond my expectations as far as security. The room was clean, well maintained, spacious and had the necessary amenities. Thank you. The check-in was simple and efficient. From the front of the hotel the view of the city was amazing. The temperature in the room was very good, the room itself was simply but tastefully decorated, it had comfortable bed, decent WIFI, clean bathroom. The breakfast had few options, but was very delicious. This is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in, it far exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful.
