The Hotel was absolutely fantastic and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend to come here. The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the view is spectacular. We arrived late at night and the owner was so kind and pleasant.

An incredible hotel nestled high in the mountains, run by a warm and welcoming family. Every detail was flawless— the room, the spa, and the food, both for breakfast and dinner. The Mayr family has done a wonderful job with Schloss Mitterhart. The old castle is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and comes with amazing hospitality. It is clean inside it’s service everyday. The breakfast is amazing and so is the restaurant itself. The staff is personal and friendly. Great location to numerous ski resorts as long as you have a car.

We requested a family room, when we arrived, it was not ready, the front desk staff put us in two rooms, which was ideal for us with an older teenager. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were very nice, the pool was a great added bonus as was the spa area. The bowling alley/bar was busy but the service was spot on. The restaurant was delicious. We really enjoyed our time.

    Weerberg is a small village on the Austrian Countryside.

    Weerberg is a small village on the Austrian Countryside. The people there are incredibly polite and give a hand wherever it is needed. There is a Supermarket in the village and some restaurants too, so everything needed is available. What you need to be flexible is a car or some kind of bike or motorbike, otherwise it is a bit complicated to get things of need. We were there with our 2 year old son and he enjoyed playing outside and visiting the small ditch.

    Absolutely everything. Fantastic location with the most spectacular views, day and night. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the staff really care about what they do and the people that come to visit. They were very helpful in making sure we were comfortable and gave us good tips on getting around and what to do. Dinner is prepared each evening on request which was a massive plus for us. Highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

    The views from the hotel are great and the family that runs it is very friendly. breakfast was good and in the evening you can use the cosy room to relaxt, play a board game (that are available)etc. After a day on the slopes (fugen is c. 25 min by car) the good warm showers where nice too.

    The staff is incredibly friendly, they all speak really nice English, the hotel is really quiet, location is good, there is enough parking spots and the view from the room is really awesome.
