The breakfast ingredients in the fridge and cupboard were much appreciated and made for an easy start the next day. Room was recently renovated and fresh and the hotel had a restaurant with an attached kids playroom. Very convenient!

I enjoyed the many breakfast options in the large and very organised kitchen. The location is lovely and only 13 minute walk to the Main Street and even less to the beaches. I had the same luxury feeling at Balcombe Retreat as at the 5 star hotel in Bahrain a few years ago. Trudy and Sam also helped me with anything and everything I asked them about and needed done!

The house is beautiful and in a lovely location. It is well equipped for a perfect family holiday. We really enjoyed our stay, and the communication with the hosts prior to the stay was really helpful. A lovely touch was leaving wine and breakfast items. Thank you.
