Carrum downs is located to so many different options and beaches. We visited so places in our short time and a quick trip over to phillip island. Excellent Clean Motel.
Excellent Clean Motel. Very quiet at Night facilities were 1st class. A close 6min Drive to The Seaford Beach Cafe to enjoy a great breakfast while watching the waves roll in very relaxing. Also situated close to the East Link Freeway which can join you up to Major Suburbs for Shopping such as Ringwood or a 20 min drive straight thru to Melbourne City. And if you like your horse racing & the timing is right a short drive to Cranbourne Race Track which is why we visited.Guest review byJamieAustralia - 10.0

Liked the fact that they were with The Sands Hotel where the restaurant offered a large variety of meals on the menu. Close to Seaford Beach a 6min Drive to Seaford Beach Cafe for Breakfast by the Ocean.
