Our stay was made great by the truly fantastic staff. They made us feel so welcome and it was not like we were staying at a hotel but more with friends. We came to Sydney from the UK and the team gave us so much help in where to visit, how to get around and little insights only a local would know! The check in process was easy, and every day our rooms were cleaned to a high standard.

1st is the service - the room/ bathroom were kept clean the whole time we were there. I appreciate also the nespresso so we get to drink fresh coffee every morning. The room was spacious and location is also accessible. Thank you for the comfortable stay we had.

    Good Place with clean air and water.

    Good Place with clean air and water. We can walk many places which helps physically fit . Castle hill shopping mall and Metro are interconnected. The Bus station is in front of the Metro and Castle Mall. Well connected to other suburbs. Everything is available in the shopping mall.

    The pleasant grounds, Abundance space for parking. Spacious rooms with pleasant decor. Dining facilities available. All good. The dining was high quality, both bar menu and dining room menu. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

    We were visiting friends from when we lived in the area...

    We were visiting friends from when we lived in the area nearly 30 years ago, so it was like a homecoming, but far too short. Would love to revisit with more time to explore and take in the huge changes taking place in this part of Sydney. There is excellent public transport available including the new Metro Northwest.

    Complete privacy for two couples on a get away for the weekend for a show at the Castlehill RSL then relaxation and home cooked meals. Castlehill Towers and Northwest shopping centre as well as Bowling Ally just down the road. Lots of places to visit for entertainment.

    The amount of traffic on Annangrove Road was excessive for...

    The amount of traffic on Annangrove Road was excessive for the width and capacity of the road. It took us several attempts to locate the B&B as our GPS did not account for the new sub divisions being developed in area .We rang Doug on our Mobile to get directions. His help was excellent!

    We used the hotel as a getting ready location for our wedding as well as the night of the wedding accomodation for us as husband and wife. Everything we needed/asked for was no hassle for the staff. Staff were willing to help if they could. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. The rooms were also super cute for photos.
