Everything was perfect, from the location to the rooms to the friendly staff and their amazing hospitality! We loved this so much that we even booked an extra night because we didn’t want to leave. It’s so close to the beach that you can hear the waves from the room, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and the staff went above and beyond helping me organise a surprise for my partners birthday. I’m planning on returning every year!

    Harrington is one of my favorite destinations due to offering both the river and beach- Crowdy Head. We love the food options, cafes in town and the Surf club, as well as the quiet and flat streets for bike riding with the kids. We will continue visiting!

    A lovely spot but does rely a lot on physical fitness.

    A lovely spot but does rely a lot on physical fitness. Those with difficulty walking very far would miss out on the best spots. Crowdy Head is just a short drive and beach and views are amazing but there is no access to Harrington beach if you are unable to walk a fair way.

    Harrington is a quiet seaside hamlet.

    Harrington is a quiet seaside hamlet. Apart from the disgruntled worker at the convenience store all other retail workers were pleasant. The pub was a lovely surprise. And the club happily accommodated a birthday event on short notice. The walking paths were great and the interesting "totem polls" were a visual extra but perhaps needed some explanation.

    I have been visiting Harrington for over 75 years.

    I have been visiting Harrington for over 75 years. Harrington holds a special place in my heart, especially as I remember how it looked and felt back in the 1940's and I still experience a feeling of nostalgia each time I visit.

    This was a very comfortable place to stay.

    This was a very comfortable place to stay. The room was bigger than a normal motel and had a lovely bathroom. We were on the ground floor and just steps from a lovely pool. The bed was super comfortable. This place attracts older visitors who are looking to play golf. Therefore, it’s very quiet. We had a very pleasant time and would love to come back for a few days and take advantage of the golf course b

    Harrington has breathtaking views of several kinds of...

    Harrington has breathtaking views of several kinds of waterways - the wild ocean, the gentler bay ocean, the tranquil rivers, inland water ways, swamps and marshes, break water divisions all full of abundant bird life living along side the town. Many places to eat both outside and inside, excellent pubs and very friendly people. You can ride your bike/walk all around along shared paths or simply cruise along the roads in your car with your windows down to take in the sea breeze. The Gold Course, Surf beaches, piers, wetlands and national park offer sporting opportunities along with fishing and bushwalking or mountain bike riding. There is also a local shopping area with everything you need. The pubs are the best with gorgeous outdoor areas with amazing views of the waterways and oceans.

    A lovely stay at Harrington Village Motel. A nice location within walking distance of beach and walking tracks. Motel was clean comfortable and cared for. Our room(2) was perfect for a short stay. Motel had a undercover outdoor kitchen BBQ area which was perfect for chilling out, playing games. Would stay again!

    Best position, extremely clean and beautiful staff happy to help. We will be back for sure. Also the most comfortable bed I’ve had in 10 years of staying at 5 star hotels!! Pool is gorgeous and great set up for kids. Plus there’s no place closer to the beach. Don’t miss this property.

    Position, long time since we were on Harrington, and boy oh boy has it changed! Yep it's good not as a sleepy little eastry village. Which it was once but a thriving seaside city, it still has a good feel though.
