AustraliaThe staff were all really nice, the facilities were clean and the room was maintained really well. The pools are amazing, the pool bar was a hit! Cocktails are so good and the fruit tingles will have you happier than ever. The restaurant Inkstone was really good, the food is yummy and they do take away. The rainforest walk was fabulous apart from all the spiders but it was great to see it left alone for nature to do it thing. The wildlife were really friendly and approachable. Buffet breakfast was amazing as you can have as much as you like with a good variety of food. Love the coffee bar on site and free refreshments everywhere. Towels were also free to use. The gym was small but clean and had new equipment with a range of dumbbells. The Observatory is beautiful and you can do yoga classes there. This was a home away from home.

The resort is in a stunning location with great facilities. Unfortunately the resort was constantly short staffed during our 4 night stay which led to long wait times and waiting around for restaurant and pool services to open. The restaurants are also dealing with shortages of menu items at all restaurants which is a little frustrating as there are already limited options. Staff are lovely but also seem to have limited experience in hospitality unless dealing with the Fijian staff, who were exceptional! The boat arriving earlier than 5pm would have been good.
The boat arriving earlier than 5pm would have been good. Could have enjoyed another half a day there and the boat getting there earlier would accommodate this. 6am is not a reasonable time to arrive so 4pm boat arrive at 5pm was the only other option. Needs more vegan options - even basic vegetables/pasta options on everyday menu would accommodate this and not be a lot of trouble to the chef. All other menus were great and some of the best meals we have experienced. Need to work on the extra activities such as the sunset cruise. Wasn't impressed with this at all and need to ensure when ordered, the wine and catering is as it is supposed to be as the wine was not given to us with our picnic basket which had previously been ordered.Guest review byJanineAustralia - 10.0

Room was large with coffee/tea facilities. It was perfect for a luxury resort with sitting area, large bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. Room included complimentary water bottles with filling stations throughout the resort. There were 4 dedicated restaurants to choose from and for those without dietary problems, the menus were extensive and tasty. The highlight of the stay was the friendliness of the staff. They smiled and greeted you wherever you were in the resort and could not do enough to make your stay a memorable one. The scenery was spectacular as were the swimming pool areas.
