The property looked well kept and the room clean. The room had a deck that didn’t have much of a view but had adequate seating and a lounger.Everything was provided for self catering and there was also a garden house that contained bbq’s, air fryer and seating for outside catering. There was even a free laundry.

The Surf Yamba was exceptionally luxe!! From when you walk in the smell makes you take a breath in then an exhale into relaxation. Our room was beautiful, clean and well styled. We had a big balcony with greenery and table and chairs to chill out. The pool on the roof was so amazing with a view more stunning than I can describe in words. On the other side of the roof is an area with tea and coffee making facilities, games, lounges and the perfect spot to watch the sun rise. A short walk down to the kiosk on the beach was the perfect spot for breakfast. Overall there is not one thing I could fault, it was so beautiful and we loved our stay here.

proximity to the bowls and golf club and restaurants in town. Sue provided great suggestions regarding great places to eat in town. the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and bed was really comfortable. the apartment was quiet and the checking in process was easy to follow. all in all we would definitely book again and would recommend others to stay.

Property was immaculate, communication friendly, clear and prompt. Comfortable bed, recliner lounge and an all round welcoming space. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast supplies and fresh fruit was a lovely gesture. Is a separate unit although part of main house, has own private entrance and off road parking. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Beautiful The pub was not even a 5 minute walk beautiful redecorated amazing view The Bowls club is huge with an amazing restaurant and short term membership The local cafe has great coffee The fish and chips were to die for at the shop Suited for people that just want to relax without the hustle and bustle of major resorts Ferry trip to Yamba was great as we had amazing weather

THERE IS ALSO A FRIENDLY ,WELCOMING BOWLING CLUB . A GREAT PLACE TO VISIT AFTER AN EARLY MORNING HIT OUT ON THE GOLF COURSE . OBVIOUSLY , WITH THAT PIPING HOT COFFEE IN HAND PURCHASED FROM THE COFFEE CART LOCATED RIGHT ON THE EDGE OF THAT EXPANSIVE GOLF GREEN..

Small coastal town, great walkways no traffic. The IGA has everything you need including gluten free food. The takeaway shops are minimal and deep fried. The pub has been renovated and has amazing sunset views.

The people are all very friendly. The weather is wonderful.

The people are all very friendly. The weather is wonderful. Loved the ferry trip to Yamba and the River Cruise. Plenty of walking tracks for the more energetic. Great food at the Bowling Club and great cakes and pies etc at the Bakery.

If you’re after a quiet place to stay it’s great .

If you’re after a quiet place to stay it’s great . The options for takeaway and restaurant food and groceries are limited at best. The locals are friendly , bring some insect repel ant as sand flies can be ferocious near the water and everywhere at dawn and dusk. I enjoyed my stay. If you surf and fish you’ll love the place💯👍

What was not to like, a very spacious, clean and well positioned unit. The owner Kerrie, was on the premises and "walked" us through the lane entrance and parking, met us at the back, assisted us with getting in, even carrying a bag for us. Plenty of warm bedding and beautifully quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Iluka, NSW with privacy.

Sandy Toes is conveniently located, close to the Bowling Club and just around the corner from the shops. The unit is beautifully decorated and clean and really comfortable. Highly recommend for a few days away in peaceful Iluka.
