The most amazing spot to stay. Near Coles, bottleshop and services (easy 400m walk). Great access to beach and coffee (1km walki). Incredible space bedrooms, and entertainer space. Lounge, media room, dining and kitchen/butlers pantry. Easy drive in garage with internal access. Incredible spa and splash pool Will bring my dog next tiime! Mudjimba has fantastic beaches, good food and good facilities unfortunately the air path for planes goes right over the top of this little place and can be very loud as the planes are very low. Mudjimba has a beautiful protected, patrolled beach with Mudjimba Island about 1km off the coastline. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance with a friendly, local feel and grocery shops/hotel about a 2km drive. There was even a nice Yamaha Acoustic guitar in tune might add. Being a musician that was an awesome surprise. Cleanliness was spot on. I could go on and on about all the specific details and how excellent everything was, but I'll just say this. It gets a 10/10 in EVERY department. You WILL NOT regret staying at Lil Sass in Mudjimba.
