Budget friendly, just out of town, walking distance to the train station if you need to use public transport. Friendly staff. Beautiful country views when out walking. Rooms were comfortable, self-contained. We stayed a week and had no troubles. The managers are in the process of renovating and tidying up the park. About and hours' drive to the wineries of the Hunter Valley.

We booked a night here on our roadtrip up north travelling with our 2yo. From the warm hospitality, the complimentary welcome drink, and great atmosphere we knew we landed in the right place. The hotel has Incredible old world charm tastefully decorated and was exceptional value for money. Definitely not a bland, modern hotel thankfully, an increasingly rare find these days. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates an historic space beautifully remodelled that's run by a fantastic couple. The excellent restaurant, live jazz, kitchenette with free coffee, milk (Inc non dairy) treats , cereal etc was fantastic.

Daniel was amazing, he was so full of history about the place. I loved talking to him. He was incredible helpful during our stay. The place was amazing, if you want a bit of character and not the same old thing.

The company, the bush cabin setting, the views.

The company, the bush cabin setting, the views. Grant definitely made us feel at home by sharing his home with us over a couple of wines and a shared meal, good conversation and laughter. Great pub food and local cafe - great value

My bed was so comfortable.

My bed was so comfortable. Even though it was windy and cold outside I slept so well and was so very warm. I found my room spacious and welcoming. I loved walking out on to the verandah. And I was helped with my bags to my room which I really appreciated. Could not fault the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts was delicious. Off road parking. I well definitely stay there again.

We loved what we saw of Paterson, we were there for an event at the Tocal College and the whole area was so peaceful and charming and the people we met were genuine and friendly. We dined at the Paterson Tavern which offered generous portions of tasty and varied fare at great prices. We plan to visit in the future to experience more of the local area and will be sure to stay at the CBC Bed and Breakfast to again enjoy the hospitality of the hosts Kevin and Moira.
