This is a beautiful apartment with a view right over the bay and jetty. There is everything you need, including two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, full fridge, coffee machine, and two lovely balconies - one with a little BBQ. There's a great restaurant right downstairs that is very popular and an IGA just a few doors up for anything else you need, including liquor/wine. We really enjoyed our stay a lot.

The cabin we stayed in was perfect. It met all our needs and had thoughtful touches like fresh milk in the fridge. The flowers around the property were beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The chickens and the cows in the paddock really added to the experience.

It was a lovely quiet place with good clean comfortable accommodation. Our hosts looked after us very well . We had a good choice for breakfast. The only downside was after a day’s travel there was no where near to go to eat .

We are really disappointed with our stay at 13th Apostles Accommodation. We want to get our money back as we have to sleep in the car and can’t sleep in the room. How can you run a business but doesn’t care about your guests. It’s very dangerous if we can’t sleep and have to drive the next day. Please come and check your place and think if it’s reaching the motel or dorm standard. Such a shame to have a service like this in Australia.

Princetown doesn't have any eating places.

Princetown doesn't have any eating places. You will have to go to Port Campbell for most things. And everything gets dark by 5 if you go there in the winter. So people may find it a little cumbersome to drive in the dark cold winter night all the way to Port Campbell for dinner. We loved it though! We ate at this place called Nicos pizza pasta - SO AWESOME!!!

Princetown is very convenient for both Great Ocean Walk and 12 Apostles visitors for refreshments and accommodation. However, it also offers a lot to longer stay visitors as it is in beautiful nature near the river (for fishing eels) and beach. I would visit and stay again.

A beautiful and cozy cottage within easy driving distance of some of the most popular attractions of the Great Ocean Road, including the 12 Apostles, Gibson Steps, Loch Ard, etc. Loved the wildlife in the morning and the clean rooms, as well as relaxing vibe on the balcony to enjoy the grassy and sea view! Would definitely recommend. We arrived quite late (about 8pm) and the check-in instruction beforehand from Kathy was clear and smooth, so no problems at all :)

Very Good - What previous guests thought, 221 reviews
Firstly, the location was absolutely stunning - only about a five-minute drive from the beautiful 12 Apostles, it really was a peaceful oasis. There was no noise other than the nearby ocean. The space is nicely furnished and very spacious, with well-equipped facilities. There is plenty of storage space too, and a huge TV. The views from the windows were lovely and it was very easy to check in. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking equipment and utensils.

Overall our room was clean and warm, shower was hot and we were grateful for a king sized bed. It was close to the 12 Apostles and seemed like a good stop along our trip. The caretakers dog met us at the drive and was a friendly companion during our stay. Caretaker himself smiled and waved and seemed a nice chap. This property is pet friendly so it was accommodating for us and our dog.

Great location so close to the 12 Apostles. Only 50 yards from the Great Ocean Road but quiet and secluded. The property was not luxurious but had most things one would expect and few nice extras (for example, a picnic basket with a hand made rug and vacuum flask and other picnic paraphernalia).
