Everthing. This hotel located besides the beatiful river, the environment around is so great. The location is not related to any public transportation but we have our own car, so it won't be a problem. It has plenty parking place. Room is warm and cozy and has great view from the balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This is the one of the very best rentals we have ever had from the many agencies we use for travel worldwide. It is well designed, equipped, provisioned, decorated and clean. This little cottage was an oasis on our driving trip across Tasmania. The wall to wall windows put us in the heart of nature in the comfort of our own own bed. Nicky was friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. She gave us the info we needed to get the most of our stay. Loved the pandemelons and all of the amazing birds.

Great stay. Room is very spacious and well appointed. Walking distance to all you need in the city centre. Only issue not enough parking. But staff will help you with that. Loved it!!!

A nice, clean, spacious & tidy place. Attractive & comfortable settings; owner should be a designer, Good communication with host Pete. My wife & I will definitely stay in this place again in the future. I would highly recommend this place if one visits Rosevears or north Launceston.

The actual cleanliness and presentation was not the usual Rosevears I have always enjoyed. Charge doesn't reflect the cleanliness, the roughly laundered towels and minimal tea bags supplied. Fridge needed defrosting.

You definitely need a car to get anywhere.

You definitely need a car to get anywhere. No bus stop until the next town down. Amazingly fresh air - if you usually live in Sydney, you'll feel the difference for sure. Beautiful to drive around.

It was convenient to Launceston without being too close. Relaxed atmosphere and stunning scenery and views. Close proximity to many wineries and cellar doors. Shopping centre a few minutes away for supplies and a good selection of restaurants nearby as well

It was by far the our favourite place to stay at while we...

It was by far the our favourite place to stay at while we toured around Tasmania. The view was spectacular as soon as we walked into the chalet. It was such a lovely place to be at. We cooked our own meals or had take-out from restaurants which we could enjoy in the chalet while enjoying the view.

Gorgeous elevated position with great views across the Tamar River. Lovely and spacious accommodation, comfortable seating and sufficient kitchen and facilities. Loved walking around the local vineyard and Tamar Ridge winery.

I booked under Hotels at Ross Tasmania online. When I saw Rosevaar Hotel I thought it looked ideal. When I arrived in Ross I discovered it was 89 kms away. I am from N.S.W. so do not know the area. I immediately rang the hotel to explain and was told there was no refund. I ended up in what was previously a stable as part of the caravan park as it was the only bed available in Ross where everyone was so welcoming and helpful.

Amazing views, extremely comfortable with everything you could ask for. Even better than the pictures!! There were cute wallabies in the garden amongst the fruit trees and a serenity and peacefulness about the whole area. Located minutes from the Rosevears Hotel for a good hearty dinner and close to some beautiful wineries with the friendliest staff. A true Gem. Highly recommended.

we loved this apartment. The views are amazing, it’s very very comfortable and very clean. provisions provided are great. position is very good. just a short drive to a supermarket, bakeries, lots of wineries and Roseveers hotel. we would highly recommend. don’t hesitate, we will stay again.

The rooms are beautiful. All have a view of the Tamar River and its very quiet. The property has a great hotel and the meals are great. Natalie who checked us in was very welcoming, efficient and friendly.
