The room was spacious and clean. Quiet location. The hotel was nice and the open fire inviting. We had a great dinner in bistro and fun with the staff Leah, who was super chatty,and Irene, thanks for your hospitality 10/10

But it’s way more than that, the owners Kim and John have made exceptional efforts to renovate the property into a stylish accommodation with all modern comforts and a unique character. Everything you can wish for and more in an BnB. Mary is a wonderful host. Our room was spacious, had a garden view and a patio. The kitchenette was complimentary stocked with the nicest things (Lindt Chocolates, wide assortment of tea and coffee, fresh milk, juice, bananas and more) The bathroom as well. Great shower, comfy bed, beautiful garden... Imagine your favourite grandma prepares her guest room for you, this is how welcome you will feel at this place.

The Storekeeper’s was a great find! It was very well decorated and had lots of amenities including just in case meals which you could pay extra for if required. It had every other amenity we needed. We visited in autumn however the property had good heating and felt super cozy with the fire!! Communication with the hosts was super easy and they were very friendly!

    Fish and chips van and cafe were excellent. Laundromat was great. Nearby bays and accommodation options looked good. Locals are friendly. Maria island cruise with circumnavigation was absolutely fantastic. Wombats up close at Darlington and local history was amazing.

    A place you can relax quietly or take advantage of the cruises and the harbours to visit some amazing sites. Beautiful countryside on the drive to Triabunna. Friendly pub with a fireplace and lovely food.

    Nice regional Tasmania town with limited but adequate places to eat. The nearby harbor was pleasant and we enjoyed strolling around the town. Bus stops for bus services were convenient and easy to find.

    Overnight Stay at Triabunna Caravan & Cabin Park just down the road from our next day cruise with Maria Island Cruises. Excellent accommodation and location. Maria Island Cruises with Michael and his team is a "must do" cruise with local owner/operator filled with all the local, marine and historical knowledge.

    Everywhere is worth visiting. Stop at small towns.

    Everywhere is worth visiting. Stop at small towns. What they have to offer can be a pleasant surprise. See the history and how old meets new. Triabunna is a handy small place between bigger places and, of course, it's where you catch the ferry to Maria Island. We ate at a great fish and chip shop at the wharf and there are other food places to choose from. It's all good.

    It's so small and tidy and perfect for small families or couples. It's sooo cute! Loved the location and how close we were to the encounter cruise boarding location. All cooking and cleaning products and facilities were perfect.
