    Yarrawonga mulwala is beautiful area with river and lake, great views, natural bush along river, good facilities intown shops cafes, clubs, entertainment on some nights. Weather always warmer than Melbourne. Plenty of accommodation options. Golf club excellent.

    I love coming to Yarrawonga.

    I love coming to Yarrawonga. I came for the gather round football event last weekend and also golf. I haven’t been able to come up for a few years. But it’s a great place to come to. You have water events , golf, football and you can just relax. Yarrawonga is a great place to visit.

    We really love Yarrawonga, and think it would be a great...

    We really love Yarrawonga, and think it would be a great place to retire. However, we were fishing at the yacht club, a beautiful place and friendly people, but we had a run-in with one of the locals. They decided to go across our lines deliberately with the club boat and took all our lines and one of my favourite rods. Is ruin our day and take away our peaceful weekend. When my partner confronted them they were so rude and pushed my partner. We are very upset and have a second thought about retiring Yarrawonga or recommending it.

    Seemed an attractive town with good amenities, shopping and choices for dining. I was simply passing through but I enjoyed my accommodation and dining out. I had dinner at the Yarrawonga Hotel and breakfast at Belle's - both enjoyable. I drove around the town and enjoyed a walk along the waterway.

    We love the abundant historic architecture, particularly the nice older homes. The Lakeside market is friendly with fine rural produce, it also has fabulous public toilets. The abundance of cafes and bakeries in the main shopping strip is delightful, as is havin the chain stores a bit out of the way.

    Great location and great weather.

    Great location and great weather. Pity that Bourke's hotel put us in a dirty, hot (air con was very noisy) spider ridden room. We were booked in for 3 nights but only stayed one very uncomfortable night due to the third world conditions. Will not be going back to this place!

    Due to late decision to go to Yarrawonga, nothing else was available to book for accommodation near where we were going. Our daughter was able to secure a night at the Sebel for us. We were pleasantly surprised at the location, and the accommodation. We are quiet, country folk who enjoy nature and tranquillity, all of which are on offer in abundance at the Sebel. We would definitely recommend the Sebel to other travellers and would stay again if the need arises.

    From the warm greeting on arrival to the explanation of facilities and room features, my stay in Yarrawonga was terrific. Accommodating hosts, nothing was too much trouble. My room was super clean and comfortable and it had even been pre-warmed on a frosty country night :)

    Location suited our purposes very well. Right in the middle of town and plenty of space for parking. Had dinner at the hotel first night, but did not have time for breakfast either day. Cleanliness was excellent, staff friendly and helpful.

    Location is easy walking distance to main street in Yarrawonga. Unit was modern and catered well for our dog. A lot of thought had been put into the presentation of the unit and having a few basic items in the fridge was thoughtful.
