The friendly, warm welcome from Clarisa at reception. Your always wondering when you book a hotel in a Country you've not been to before. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, it's location is great, food is excellent and Geerhard at the bar is top class. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, walking distance to St, Pieter train station and central Ghent. The staff , Lucca and Glenn, were excellent. Very accommodating and friendly. Our room was magnificent and the grounds were beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay here.

    The restaurant was closed (which we knew up front) so we didn't meet any staff apart from the woman who made us breakfast, very friendly! We were walking the GR-routes, the hotel is right on the route.
