I don't understand the negative reviews. The room is very good. The location is great, the hotel itself is very good. Nearby, here's a great restaurant and a fountain with lighting , very atmospheric. Large parking . We liked everything. We were there at the end of October. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as the breakfast room and patio overlooks the river. Breakfast was exceptional with loads of option...even a machine that squeezes fresh orange juice as well as a waffle and flap jack maker. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an elevator. The hotel is 1 km from the train station and about 750m from the Citadel.

An excellent hotel/hostel next to the river - simple accommodation, mainly targeted for young people, next to the river, the staff running the hotel are the same people that run the kayak rental facility. We rented the family room which was perfect for five people (two adults and three younger family members on the upper floor). Don't expect luxury - this is a simple, clean, efficient place to stay, very good breakfast, the staff was super friendly and nice, the price for money was great. Super recommended!

Our stay at this B&B was delightful. The room was large, clean and beautifully decorated. It is in a prime location and there is enough to see and do in Dinant to fill in a couple of days. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming.

    What an amazing place! B&B Le Nine was above our expectations! Very clean, well decorated, had everything we need in the room, comfortable, beautiful... The view and the area are outstanding! In the nature of one of the most beautiful places in Wallonia, Falaen! The communication was easy, fast and friendly. The breakfast was brought exactly at the hour we requested and it was delicious. Everything made and brought with careful and attention. The best B&B :)
