    Geel has a rich and varied history.

    Geel has a rich and varied history. There was fierce World War Two fighting here a prelude to the massive Airborne operation, the subject of the film "A Bridge too Far". On the other hand the town pioneered the care of the mentally ill in the community as opposed to institutions about 150 years ago. Also has great restaurents around the town square.

    I was very pleased with the facilities at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and assisted us with everything we needed.     We really like this accomodation, it is very comfortable, clean, on nice location near the centar of the Geel. Free parking is 2 minutes walking. Really liked the closed terrace 🙂 We reccomend you to stay and enjoy in this apartment.
