They were really easygoing and helpful. I enjoyed the smallness of the place, it being a hotel with few rooms the place almost felt like home with a beautiful garden allowing to rest without being disturbed. None of the busyness of big cities and loud noises. The hotel was quite charming with its thatched roof and lovely decor. My room was cozy and comfortable and the bed was just right. It was easy to come in and leave at the hotel, which is also convenient. No one had to be there to let me in. I used the code and had no problems.
