The room was so nice and you could only hear a train/ tram but it was not much of an bother as you may think. The staff was so nice and understanding. There was a dirty pillow and they immediately send staff up to clean it. We had a late check-out (due to problems with our car) and only stayed 20 minutes later then the check-out and they did not charge us. break fast was also good. if you are by car there are so many stores, restaurants close by. Never been more relaxed even after the stress with the car.

This was a very comfortable hotel with excellent amenities. It had a lift, which was appreciated. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed both an excellent dinner and breakfast in the restaurant.

    A very spacious and clean room in a massive Belgian Townhouse. The hosts are kind, friendly and welcoming. You kick off your day with a big, traditional Belgian breakfast. The location is at the heart of Temse, so it is easy to access. I am a returning guest, Highly recommended!

    The room is quite spacious, and the hotel is near a lake with nice scenes. It is quite good to have a walk after dinner. The steak/bbq house (probably owned by the boss) next to the hotel is simply amazing!
