The Waimes Area of villages near to the Hautes Fagnes is okay but we prefer the other side of the border; Eifel. The villages are nicer and the facilities better (shops, supermarkets, points of interests) We had a lot of snow so the Hautes Fagnes were beautiful! We were there because we had a private anniversary in the area, so we didn't try out any of the local restaurants. We used Waze to travel around in the area.
