We had a problem on arrival, as the property didnt have our reservation for that night. The booking details she had received from bookings.com was for 19 July. We had booked it and had everything confirmed our end for 18th. The owner did her best to rectify the situation and we had to wait an hour while she prepared our room. not satisfactory and disappointing. Have already lodged the complaint via customer service. Please advise if you havent received it.

The hotel is very new, clean and the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. Its restaurant is excellent, highly recommended for dinner, as well! It is conveniently located near the motorway, although Namur's centre is a bit further. We easily found a parking space in the outdoor parking.

It was the third time that I stayed here. We walked GR 126 from Flawinne to Dinant with this location as stop midway. This time we stayed in the room with river view, and it is absolutely amazing, that view. The hosts are generally very welcoming and friendly people. They even speak Dutch and give a personal intro to the room. The on-site restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is simple but complete and more than enough. Bring your own shampoo. There is no coffee, tea in the room, but the hosts accommodate your every request and filled our thermos with tea for next day's cold winter hike.

It is a beautiful Hotel outside and inside. Their restaurant food is delicious and good service from the students who served us. The only thing we found delicious is the transport from the hotel to the city centre. Late night we took taxi because walking to the hill is quite challenging. Other than that everything is perfect.
