Asen's fortress is well worth a visit.
Asen's fortress is well worth a visit. In the mountains, the wonder bridges are just that - stunning- the Thracian places Belintash and Karajov Kamak are both well worth a visit as well - if you like interesting rocks - though KK is the best part of a three hour round walk but stunning when you arrive. It’s easily accessible from the main road, but the property is super quiet and is surrounded by woods. There is a very good restaurant just 3 minutes away on foot. The hotel provides everything g a traveler might need and I would recommend it to anyone who is in the area. The owners are very helpful.
