Walkable, super clean, quite a few interesting museums and parks to visit. Close to the mountain, if you're into hiking etc. Overall - a great place to visit for a few days! Gabrovo is a small town in the middle of nowhere in Bulgaria...
Gabrovo is a small town in the middle of nowhere in Bulgaria, that offers a lot of treats. Etar(a) and the museum of Humor and Satire may be the biggest ones for me. But the authenticity of this town as a basic real bulgarian city that still is untouched by tourism overkill is very important to me. Not for partygoets, but culture and sightseeing for a week if that is your thing. Mazalat / Osana is a beautiful mountain hike within a taxy rides reach. Etar(a), a cultural museum is awesome for anyone interested in handicrafts an culture. If you go to gabrovo, your favorite football team is Yantra!Guest review byClausAENorway

We saw a rabbit and two deers in the county, which added to the delight. The hosts were amasing, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and provided lots of recommendations for places to visit and restaurants.
