    Veliko Tyrnovo is a lovely town - bigger than I expected...

    Veliko Tyrnovo is a lovely town - bigger than I expected which means it had absolutely everything you might need. There is loads to see, and we will probably return to see more. The main sights are just amazing. There are loads of great restaurants and cafes in the town. Shoutout for Samurai Café, excellent for vegans!

    Veliko Tarnovo – a Balkan gem A romantic and warm city, perfect for peaceful walks and beautiful memories. The fortress is stunning, full of history and amazing views. We also loved the old town area with its charming streets and unique atmosphere. And the food? Absolutely delicious – with very reasonable prices. Totally worth a visit… or two!

    I usually visit the city for the celebration of Japanese culture every year. I stick to going around the old city parts and the university. 2-3 days would be enough to explore the old city at leisurely pace.

    Good breakfast on rooftop with amazing view on moutain ! The restaurant is very good, the decoration of the hotel is very good especially in the restaurant, it is like in the french plane concorde ( the father's owner was a pilot of the Concorde plane ), as french citizen, it was a pleasure to get on board in the Concorde hotel.

    Really great little hotel sympathetically restored with care and love by its owner with high quality furniture and fittings. The breakfast is a cut above most very good for gourmets less so probably for fans of standard fare. The staff are particularly helpful and courteous with English much much better than my Bulgarian

    This was the cleanest room I have ever stayed. Owner of the hotel and the employees were also great and they were always keep in touch with us during olur trip. We will stay there again for sure. For the Turkish guest, this hotel is a great destination as you are traveling from Romania or Bulgaria back to Turkey.

    The hotel is in the center of the city and has a free parking, which is very important in Veliko Turnovo. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was an A/C which is a great bonus, because it gets very hot in the summer. Overall a great deal for the price.
