The hotel was Middle Eastern chic. Beautiful, well maintained and luxurious. The staff for the most part was excellent. housekeeping was a bit inconsistent (sometimes turn down service skipped and the cleaning of the room was in the afternoon but the religious holiday may have impacted this. The hotel requires you to have a car because the location is really remote. The concierge services were a bit slow and some team members didn't know much about Bahrain. But, Ahmad, Simon and the gentlemen from Tanzania maybe Arun were standouts.

We enjoy staying at this hotel because of the great service. The room 1548 had a great balcony view, was clean and was fresh. We loved the view of the sea and the pool area complete with spa and fitness center. Everything was completed with perfection. We had a great time staying at the SOFITEL.

I had a wonderful stay at Nordic Resort Hamala. The resort is beautiful and relaxing with spacious rooms and great amenities like a pool, fitness center, sauna, and steam room. Honestly much much much better than I could have ever imagined. The location is amazing and the place itself was super amazing. Even though it was windy and cold but the pool was great and water was warm. The room was super clean and above standards. Also, as a gift the owners made some really beautiful flower arrangements for our anniversary. Big thank you to Cielo Beach Resort for an excellent night. We will definitely come back again. Thanks.
