North America, Alberta, Canmore/Banff are blessed with great art artist and art galleries. Canmore has.4-5 good art galleries. Plus they have.4-5 wildlife photography Studios and art that rival anything in the world. Walking in Canmore is fascinating whether in the urban area or walking the linear pieces of water and forest that are integrated in the community. Banff is 20 minutes away. If you want to hike in the Rockies half an hour, we'll get you at a great country. The food scene is mature. Some great morning coffee places to start your day. We live in Calgary and go to Canmore at least twice a year for.2 or 3 nights to enjoy the ambience.Guest review byArtCanada - 10.0

Much less busy than Banff, so easier to get around and quieter in town. It is also less expensive and all the people we met were very friendly. We liked Canmore much more than Banff town. Banff was full of tourists and busy with difficulty parking. Canmore was more laid back with and easier accessibility to parking and moving around town. This resort lies outside of Canmore.Guest review byKariUnited States

The room is well furnished, comfortable, the amenities is more than what we expected. Our room (condo 106 in Timberstone lodge) had a hot tub right outside with a mountain view out the window. The whole room was very well sound proofed. Toiletries were provided - which smelt great - and the shower was huge. The bed was also super comfortable and very big.
