Close to the airport - was exhausted - flew in from Tokyo to Toronto - AC messed up all flights due to delays - got to Ottawa at 1:40AM - then discover AC lost my baggage - therefore was at the airport until about 03:00 so it was great to easily get to the hotel (via taxi) to a very nice room - and later a great breakfast

I loved feeling so welcome! Many thanks to the reception staff and all the people in charge of breakfast, always attentive to everything and very friendly. The hotel is impeccable and the wifi works very well throughout the hotel. The room was excellent, the view of the city is incomparable! The bed was very comfortable with delicate cotton sheets and a very good shower.

We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival. The apartment exceeded our expectations and was comfortably furnished & furbished with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable esp after a long flight! Breakfast each morning was good especially being able to make waffles! The hotel is conveniently located next to Lone Star and it's a short walk to the St Laurent shopping centre and train station - which means access to trains to the city as well as connecting with the VIA rail network.
