Search hotels in Channel-Port aux Basques

Two minute drive from ferry. Very friendly folk. We stayed at Hotel Port Aux Basque and we would stay there again. We didn’t spend much time driving around. We only stayed for the night before continuing our journey up north. The hotel was within walking distance to Irving and a Tim Hortons, as well as a convenience store a little up the road. There was also a Foodland in the area which we did not visit.

The hotel was a one night stop over for us and it was was fine. Clean rooms. Extremely friendly staff. We at in the dining room and we thought the food portions were plentiful, tasted delicious and the options were perfect. We liked it so much, that on our way back to catch the ferry the following week, we stopped in for dinner again. Highly recommend this property in Port aux Basque.

We really did not spend much time in Port aux Basques. Just spent the night. The next morning we continued our trip to Norris Point. Maybe, next time we will take the time to investigate Port aux Basques.

We enjoyed the hostess Beçca very friendly and so helpful with letting us know what sights to go see she made us feel like we were family We just enjoyed it so much we stayed longer great place we would go again and stay here right across from ferries too great to watch boats go in and out . We did day trips Rose Blanche twice, Burnt Islands, Cape Ray, Doyle ,Grand Beach, The beaches were amazing great hiking trails if you like nature!!!!!!
