could have used a city map because we were looking for a specific restaurant and circled around trying to find downtown area, we did find it and enjoyed a good meal. But road signs didn't give a clue to hang right at one intersection to get there.

Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were there on Canada Day, so many shopping places were closed, but the hotel told us about nearby places to eat. We ate at Dino's in Ingersoll. Very good meal. They had a good variety of foods and some interesting ways to prepare some traditional dishes. No one will ever walk away hungry!
The big antique mall in Woodstock (close by) was open and we spent hours there. It was easy to get around and the countryside was very pretty.

The breakfast had a lovely selection of pre-packaged pastries, as well as bagels, etc. I appreciated the flavoured and plain cream cheese, and the pre-packaged boiled eggs. The coffee was surprisingly good. There were newspapers available in the breakfast room for some light reading. We did have to bring the food back to our room, as the hotel was undergoing renovations and they were using a former hotel room as a breakfast room.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so it was hard to get a full picture of what it will be like, but we were really pleased with our room. It is very beautifully designed and was very clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast selection was fantastic as well.

Lady Receptionist was fantastic
But ants all over the place
They billed me twice
I booked through Bookings. I phone bookings and they told me that it was the hotel's problem, and the hotel told me that it's bookings problem. So I will never.I never go to you people again
