On my second stay, I felt as comfortable as if I had returned home. All the facilities were convenient and the breakfast was great. In particular, the Lake Louise and Moraine Lake shuttles depart from the lodge parking lot, which is big convenient.

Beautiful property and so much to do for kids! Fun hotel, clean room, and staff was beyond friendly especially Jordan (manager) at restaurant. The kids enjoyed this hotel the most on the entire trip!

Location, location, location! The food and restaurants were delicious as well, and the staff was very accommodating.

I was surprised: - We came late for the check-in but luckily the manager was living there in campground that helped us checking in. - The campground has multiple cabins. The bedding are super clean. Although we have to share the kitchen and the firepit, everbody were gentle and mindful the other groups’ privacy. - The view is awesome. We have a river run by the campground. It is beautiful.
