Great variety of beaches, some sandy, some stoney, but all with beautiful, warm, clear water. Lovely boardwalks along the harbour front marinas. Wonderful destination for sailors. Several good hikes. Only the main highway through the island has shoulders ample for cyclists.

Conveniently located between the main road & village center. The room was clean, tidy and tastefully decorated suiting the lovely, historic atmosphere of the Manitowaning (with its museum, light house, water front, , , is much more than a transit point). There was a mistake in the handling of our booking but the friendly owner addressed the issue promptly & responsibly. Thank you very much for making our stay so very comfortable & enjoyable.

Spacious room for us the family of 3, immaculately kept. Mini kitchen, fridge w/ freezer, micro wave plus a range of cutleries all set! Local, home made soup are for sale (to address the scarcity of dining options nearby) and they tasted great!! We enjoyed 2 nights of wonderful stay here - not to mention the day trips to trekking venues (Cup&Saucer, Bebamikawe), walk in the lovely, historic village of Manitowaning.

A hotel located close to the ferry and road so it's very convenient. The room, bathroom and kitchenette had everything that was needed - you can even cook there some basic hot meals if needed.

My daughters and I enjoyed the room we had. We were at a curling bonspiel in Manitowaning and if we go again next year this would be our first call for a room
