    Pretty town surrounded by wineries and walking trails through pretty scenery. Lots of great eating places. And of course Niagara Falls about 20 mins away is a must-see place and mind-blowing experience! We spent 4 days in the area which was just about right.

    We enjoyed golfing at the oldest course in North America - a 9-hole course along Lake Ontario. We also enjoyed Two Sisters and Puller wineries, and golfing at The Legrnds and seeing the falls in Niagra Falls.

    The city has done a great job with colorful flowers everywhere. Having said that it is a tourist trap, with overpriced everything. Would I return? No. I don’t need to throw good money away to feed this disease of taking advantage of people.

    Beautiful place, very calm and colourful.

    Beautiful place, very calm and colourful. A very clean environment with a warm friendly greeting in in so many establishments. Sunset Grill was a great place to eat and the Harp Bar should not be missed, so book in advance or just go early. Most places are reachable on foot. Highly recommended.

    Niagara on the Lake and the Vibtage Hotels are very...

    Niagara on the Lake and the Vibtage Hotels are very beautiful. It is like a little utopia. The hotels are pricey, but very luxurious and worth the cost. The food at Tiara and Favorite Thai was delicious. We enjoyed all the shops along the Main Street and found some clever gifts.

    The hosts Tony and Bonnie were so lovely, very friendly and helpful and made sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The location was fantastic for Niagra on the Lake and the wineries and Niagra Falls was only a short drive away. Room was beautiful, clean, spacious and very comfortable. We really enjoyed using the outside pool and relaxing in the garden after a day out and the breakfasts were so tasty! We would highly recommend staying at Upper Canada Coach House and we will be back! Thank you so much for everything, Loti and Mike :)

    Old-world elegance and charm like in this hotel are so rare. This hotel is truly unique (at least within Canada) and I hope the owners continue to invest in its upkeep rather than modernizing. Staff were excellent; the facilities, including the restaurant, gym, pool, and bar (which I've all visited) exceeded my expectations.

Location beautiful in picturesque village, river brief walk from hotel. Perfect to be away from Niagara crowds, but just 20 mins from falls . Trees and wildlife everywhere.
